ABOUT Chad EDWARDS

J. Chad Edwards is president and owner of JC Edwards Company, a real estate appraisal and consulting firm located in Cumming, Georgia.  With more than 12 years of experience, he has cultivated a diverse portfolio of projects including conservation easements, retail properties, offices, subdivision acquisition and development, estates, industrial properties and eminent domain.

Mr. Edwards is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Georgia. His clients include property owners, lending institutions, attorneys, private businesses and land trusts.

As an alumnus of the University of Georgia, Mr. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism (class of 1999).  In his free time, he enjoys exploring the beauty and charm of the Southeast with his wife, Jenn, and their two sons, Jackson & Ethan.
